Why Your Pelvic Floor Exercises Aren't Working

The Missing Foot-to-Core Connection Every Mom Needs to Know

What if the missing piece isn't your pelvic floor?

Your pelvic floor doesn't work alone.

It responds to what's happening at your feet, hips, rib cage, breathing mechanics, and movement habits every day. In this workshop, we'll look at the body as a connected system so you can understand why isolated exercises may not be enough.

This workshop is for you if

You're ready to understand why what you've tried hasn't fully worked.

You leak when you sneeze, cough, jump, or run.
You feel pelvic pressure, heaviness, or weakness.
Your core still feels disconnected postpartum.
You've tried pelvic floor exercises but aren't seeing the results you hoped for.
Your feet changed during pregnancy and never felt quite the same afterward.
You want practical strategies that fit real mom life.

The missing link

Most moms are told to focus on their pelvic floor in isolation.

But your pelvic floor is part of a whole-body system. It is influenced by your feet, hips, rib cage, breathing, posture, and the way you move through daily life. If you've been doing the exercises but still aren't getting results, your body may need a more connected approach.

That's exactly what we'll uncover in this workshop.
